Terms of Service

Bin Butler, a service of Kailuana Care, LLC, moves the City carts selected during signup to and from the curb for scheduled collection at an accepted residential service address. Service dates shown in the dashboard are planning dates based on available City schedule information and may change for holidays, weather, access, safety, or City operations.

You must provide accurate contact, address, cart, and access information; keep the service path reasonably safe and accessible; make selected carts available; and tell us promptly about schedule, access, address, or cart changes. We may skip or stop work when access or conditions are unsafe or unlawful.

The price shown at checkout includes Hawaii general excise tax and is charged by Stripe when you subscribe. The subscription renews monthly at the disclosed price until paused or cancelled. A material future price change will be disclosed before it applies.

You may schedule a pause or cancellation through your account. Service continues through the paid period shown, and future monthly charges stop at the effective date. There is no pause or cancellation fee. The already-paid month is not refunded merely because you pause, cancel, travel, or skip a pickup. This does not limit any refund or remedy required by law or a refund we separately approve for a service problem.

Premium includes the cleaning benefit described at signup and in the account. Requests are subject to scheduling, safe access, and the selected carts. A request is not complete until the account shows completion.

We are not responsible for City collection changes or failures, blocked or unavailable carts, unsafe access, severe weather, emergencies, or events outside our reasonable control. Contact Customer Care promptly if the displayed plan or completed service appears incorrect so we can investigate.

Protect your sign-in access and use only the account and service records that belong to you. Do not probe, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, payment flow, operational tools, or another customer's information.

To the extent permitted by law, Kailuana Care, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
