We collect the information needed to provide and support service, including your name, email, phone number, service address, selected carts, pickup preferences, service instructions, support messages, and account and service history.

Stripe processes payment-card details. We receive payment, subscription, invoice, and receipt references needed to confirm service and show billing status, but we do not store complete card numbers.

We use information to verify service coverage and collection schedules, create and manage subscriptions, perform and document service, provide account and customer-care features, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate the service, such as Stripe for payments and Base44 for application hosting and data operations; with public authorities when legally required; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and service providers designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. You may stop nonessential email communications by asking us to remove you.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
